COUNTDOWN TO THE YEAR 2000

Is there anyone on the planet who has not heard the term?  I doubt it, unless you live in a very remote area, but then you probably would not be reading this.
So what does it all mean? How does it affect us in our daily lives? Is there something special we should be doing to prepare for it?

These are the questions I am asked by clients and friends who know I have insight into the Spiritual and Numerological aspects of life. Over the next year, I hope to provide some answers for you on this Website.

I am not sure that anyone knows all the answers, YET!  But what we do KNOW; at this point is both fascinating and wondrous.  It does not matter if you have been a big believer in the world of Metaphysics or not, the fact that you are reading this proves you are prompted by some inner curiosity at least.

Let me begin by saying, before you can be in the "New Millennium" you must complete the old one.  Spring can sneak into Winter early, but it does not take place until the cycle of Winter is finished.  Flowers may peak their buds through the snow, but new growth requires the warm sunshine of the Spring cycle.

Everything that happens in the life we know on Earth, happens in cycles.  Our earliest philosophers and great thinkers in history, found their truths by observing Nature,  learning that all of life follows a cycle, and those cycles always repeat themselves.  
From the Moon, every 28 days, the seasons, to the gestation of the birth cycle in humans and animals.

And so it is with time.  We would not know how to function without being able to observe the ebb and flow of the cycles of time.  We are in a period or cycle of time that is measured in one thousand year increments, and 1999 is the last year in this past thousand year cycle.  The year 2000 begins yet another one.  Nothing mysterious about that part.

So why are we hearing all the mysterious "predictions" of Earth Changes, the Apocalypse, The End of The World, and with so much gloom and doom that most of us are scared out of our wits?  The effect of the clock on all the computers in the world, weather real or over-exaggerated is enough to send us into a panic.

The major affect is our "changing world."   Humans know that change is inevitable, if it were not, we would still be in the Stone Age.   But change is the thing we resist the most.

It should be our goal to slip into the changes in our lives with the least amount of trauma we can manage, and the only way I know of doing that, is to be armed with as much accurate information as we can find.   Knowledge is power!!  And so is ignorance!  
Many people just do not care about any of this, others have a growing need to know and understand what the changes are and how it will affect them on a personal level.  I believe the closer we get to the actual date, the more people will feel an intense inner 
urge to know what is going on.

I for one, do not believe that it will all take place in the "twinkling of an eye."  Boom!  One day we will just wake up and everything will have changed.  I do believe it is already happening, and has been happening gradually for a long time. The truth is that we are now so close to the actual date that the gradual is now revved up, and we 
are actually moving along at the speed of light, so much so that a growing number of us have become increasingly aware of a sense of urgency, to do something, even if we are not sure what it is we are suppose to do.  Come explore with me, and hopefully you 
will be able to complete your own cycle, and move forward in the light of true knowledge, and not superstition.

Those of a religious persuasion, are talking about the prophet of the Bible, mainly those in the Book of Revelations.  Those with a scientific sense, know we have advanced technologically more in the last 50 years, then in the known history of mankind.  Those who consider the Spiritual Path of knowledge, believe the Age of Aquarius to be the Age of Enlightenment, when we will be more involved with evolving our humanity and true connection to the Creator of the Universe then technology.

Please consider that TRUTH itself is an ever evolving entity.  We once believed the Earth was flat, that it was the center of the universe, the great minds that had to prove that those truths were false were in the battle of their lives.  Galilee finally recanted his findings when he was threatened with death, and still lived out his days imprisoned for his world changing views.  A century ago, no one wanted to believe man could fly, let alone land on the moon, yet today we not only believe it, it is a normal daily occurrence.   Do the beliefs you held as a child still hold up today?   Most likely not, because as an adult you have gained knowledge through being educated  and because of the experienced you have lived.  No matter what anyone tells you, what you read, or see, you only know anything when you have actually experienced it, everything else is here say!

I do not want you to merely agree with me, or any one else, I want you to discover the truth for yourself, and the only way you can do that, is to experience it.  Books and other people's opinions can bring us information to help us reach an attitude of belief, but we must do the work of learning to know what is real for us!  It is not enough to say "I believe!"  Make it your goal to know!  Then apply it to every aspect of your life.  Then Life as You Know it will have changed.

The Age of Aquarius is known as a feminine age.  The effects of this lies in how the lives of women have changed over the recent years.  Women in general no longer adhere to old fashion traditional roles of wives and mothers, and yet many still do, but they juggle it with working outside the home as well.   Even males are "more in touch with their feminine sides" these days, and hurrah for them.  I grew up in the fifties and sixties, when men did not were purple hats, or hug each other openly.  Nor did many women hold important jobs as they do today, sure, there have always been a few, but it is certainly more acceptable today.  Real Men Cry Real Tears!  What a wonderful change these things are.   There have been women holding political offices for years, but there has never been a women who was seriously considered to become President of the United States.  I predict that not only will we have a women president in the US in the early part of the 21st Century, but they will lead many other nations as well.

Our world is in a flux of change, many of the old predictions are obviously happening right now!  There is an old saying that "the darkest dark is just before dawn."  I believe the changes will for the most part be positive, but all we seem to be able to see at this point is a world full of strife, war, terrorism, threats of global warming, the greenhouse effect, the depleted ozone layer, polar ice melting, the sea dying, and it seems to be reflecting right into our daily lives as well.

As a Numerologist, and spiritual advisor since 1973, I can tell you that as I have looked at the charts of thousands of people from all walks of life, and a majority of them are now experiencing the break down of relationships, careers, and their security is floundering.  They feel either that their lives have become unstable, or just the opposite, it is flourishing, and they are thrilled, but insecure because of what they have had to leave behind.

My own urge is to share the Light of Knowledge I have found over a life time of pursuing the Truth, from a spiritual aspect and a purely personal one.  I have never sought to merely be one who "channels spirit," though I call on that higher aspect daily, but rather to be a channel for the Light of Truth to reach the world of human understanding.  I am not here to convince you that the World of God, and Spirit are a reality, and that humans have always been able to hear on a divine level, I am here to share what I have learned about what is happening to this world and her life streams of humanity. To help if I can, to awaken those who are ready, to see with the eye of their souls where they are possibly headed, and maybe show you some facts and figures of how to make your journey 
more enjoyable, and less frightening, so that you can flow through your own personal cycles, making the changes you feel necessary.
